Key Features

• 960 × 960 × 100 mm stadium cabinet, IP65: a sealed 960 × 960 box that mounts on the perimeter fence or the grandstand face and takes rain, dust and wash-down.
• P4 at 240 × 240 = 57,600 pixels: the pitch sports venues actually specify — spectators sit tens of metres away, so a wider pitch buys screen area instead of invisible resolution.
• > 4,000 nits: readable in direct afternoon sun, which is the condition a stadium screen is judged on.
• 1,920 Hz: clean on broadcast and on the venue’s own camera feed — no banding when the screen appears behind a replay.

FAQ

Q: What is the QCA4?
A: QCA4 is a 960 × 960 × 100 mm outdoor stadium LED cabinet at P4, > 4,000 nits, IP65, rated for permanent outdoor installation on fences and grandstand faces.

Q: What viewing distance does P4 suit?
A: P4 is chosen for stands and perimeter positions where the nearest spectator is roughly 6–12 m away. A finer pitch adds cost without adding visible detail at those distances; a wider pitch loses readability on close seats.

Q: Can it be used as perimeter advertising?
A: Yes — that is the main use. The cabinet mounts to the fence structure, and the pitch is chosen so the screen reads from the far stand while remaining sharp enough for close-up camera work.

Q: How is it protected against weather?
A: IP65 on this model: sealed modules, gasketed cabinet joints and a weather-rated power section. The front face is optical-grade and washable, so mud and insects come off without damaging the LEDs.

Q: What drives it and how is content updated?
A: A Novastar system with Muen power supplies: content is pushed from the control room over the venue network or from a local player, and live scoreboard or sponsor feeds can be switched per event.
