An ultra-thin 500×1000 board
Same 500×1000 format, 65 mm deep — less wind load, more panels per truck.
One person, one hand
No hoist on the tower, and fewer hands on every load-in.
Camera-clean at any shutter
No scan lines in broadcast, slow-motion replay or virtual production.
Front and rear, rain or dust
Raised scratch mask and optional corner bumpers — the two things that end rental stock.
Module swap, rear service
Four quick-locks, no tools, front face never touched.
In stock, no project queue
36 m² ships ex-stock; larger builds go out in batches.
Built to survive a rental season
Die-cast aluminium frame, IP65 front and rear, four quick-locks and a raised scratch-resistant mask. Every part is chosen for one question: how many load-ins will it survive?
The numbers, next to the competition
Every number below is measured on the production cabinet — not a “typical” series value. Model ID WPBM250229 · SKU BRC3.91 (7680Hz). Both benchmarks are listed LED manufacturers’ 3.9 mm outdoor rental workhorses — their mainstream touring models, not the carbon-fibre flagship lines. Same 500×1000 format, so the rows read straight across. What separates them is what a rental house actually pays for: how deep the case packs, how many kilos go on the truss, and whether the panel holds up on the broadcast cut.

Size and installation
Questions buyers ask first
Is 3.91 mm enough for outdoor events?
Yes. 3.91 mm gives 65,536 dots/m² and a comfortable viewing distance from 4 m. For stadium and festival distances of 10 m+, this pitch is the industry default — finer pitches cost more without visible gain.
Can it be used in rain and coastal environments?
IP65 on both front and rear, with sealed modules and a waterproof power cabinet. Coastal installs should still use stainless fasteners and a rinse schedule — that is a site practice, not a cabinet limitation.
Does it work with my existing controller?
It ships with Novastar receivers. Brompton and Colorlight are available on request — tell us your processor before ordering so we match the receiving card.
What is the minimum order?
36 m² — 72 panels of 500×1000 mm, the smallest build a rental house can put on a real job. Orders above 72 panels are quoted against the project schedule.
