描述
The DGB2.5 is a 640 × 1920 mm outdoor LED pole screen in double-sided form, built in an iron cabinet. It is the screen that goes on a lamp post, a car-park mast or a roadside column — where the audience is moving, the light is uncontrolled, and nobody is going to climb up to service it every month.
Key Features
- Two screens back to back: the DGB cabinet carries an LED face on both sides, so a single pole serves traffic coming from either direction — and the two faces can run the same creative or two different ones, depending on how many receiving cards you fit.
- 640 × 1920 mm cabinet at P2.5: 256 × 768 = 196,608 (per side) at > 3,000 nits — readable from the far side of a road at midday, not just at dusk.
- Iron cabinet: galvanised steel body — the lower-cost option where the pole is short and the site is inland, with the same screen specification as the aluminium version.
- 1,920 Hz refresh, 1/16 scan: no visible scan lines when the screen is filmed for news or social video.
- IP65 sealing: the face and cabinet are rated for driving rain and direct sun, which is the minimum for anything mounted above head height outdoors.
- Rear service: modules are reached from the rear — plan the pole bracket so that access stays possible after installation.
- Muen power, Novastar control: standard sending cards and software, so the screen integrates with an existing control room.

Ordering Notes
Price is per screen. State the pole diameter, mounting height, single or double face, cabinet material, and whether both faces need independent content. Wind load and pole structure remain the buyer’s responsibility.

FAQ
Q: Single-sided or double-sided — which one do I need?
A: Choose double-sided when the pole stands between two directions of traffic or in the middle of a walkway, because one installation then reaches both audiences. Choose single-sided when the back of the pole faces a wall, a building or open ground with no viewers — it is cheaper and lighter on the structure.
Q: What is the real difference between the aluminium and the iron cabinet?
A: The screen specification is identical — same pitch, same brightness, same refresh, same IP rating. The difference is the enclosure: aluminium is lighter and does not rust, so it is the safer choice for tall poles and coastal sites; the iron cabinet is the lower-cost option for short poles inland. Both are finished for outdoor use.
Q: How does it attach to the pole?
A: The cabinet is supplied with a rear mounting frame that clamps to the pole; the clamp size is matched to your pole diameter when you order. Tell us the pole diameter, the mounting height and the wind-load requirement for the site and we will confirm the bracket.
Q: Can the two faces show different content?
A: Yes — each face is driven independently, so two receiving cards give you two separate pictures, or one card can mirror the same content to both. If you might add the second face later, order the pole bracket and power budget for the double-sided version now.
Q: What power and signal does it need?
A: 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz at the pole base, plus a data path — fibre, Cat5e/Cat6 or a 4G router in the cabinet. Control is Novastar, so any standard sending card or cloud publishing platform works.
