Check the P10 LED module
If you have purchased P10 LED modules from MuenLED, how should you conduct a comprehensive inspection of the P10 LED modules? This article will guide you through the process of inspecting P10 LED modules from a professional technical perspective!
Visual Inspection
Step 1: Check the packaging on the paper box of the P10 LED module and check the information on the packaging, such as the quantity, volume, weight, place of origin, etc., to see if it is consistent with what was agreed upon. If the information on the packaging is inconsistent, please contact MuenLED in a timely manner.
Step 2: Open the paper box packaging, carefully take out the P10 LED module, and then check the markings on the back of the P10 LED module to see if they match the actual product. For example, if the labeling on the P10 LED module indicates “P8”, you can use a caliper to measure the distance between two LED chips on the module. If the measurement is 8mm, please promptly notify MuenLED, and we will reship the same batch of P10 LED modules to you.
Step 3: Use your naked eye to observe whether the LED lamp beads and the mask are flat. Only when the P10 LED module is flat can it display high-quality images. At the same time, flatness is also a way to check whether the LED display manufacturer has passed quality control.

Step 4: Check whether the bottom shell of the P10 LED module is damaged, such as impact marks or cracks. Some goods may be damaged during transportation due to accidents such as falling or impact. If this happens, send it back to MuenLED for replacement.
Step 5: Check the power interface and signal interface on the back of the P10 LED module to see if there is any detachment or poor contact. If there is detachment or poor contact, repair or replace it in a timely manner to ensure that the P10 LED module can receive power and signals.
Function check
Install the P10 LED module on the screen, connect the power supply and signal, press the button on the control card, and test the P10 LED display. The P10 LED display will show the following color screens:
- Red
- Green
- Blue
- White
- Black
- Grayscale
During the test, check the P10 LED module on the LED screen for color differences. If there are any, you can calibrate them using the calibration software. At the same time, check whether the P10 LED module has any LED beads that are not lit or missing colors. If so, replace the P10 LED modules from the same batch in a timely manner.

Conclusion
The above are the steps you need to take after receiving the P10 LED module. If you have any other questions during the inspection process, please feel free to consult MuenLED.
