描述
The MZ-0-P3.91-250X250mm-16S-M-3840HZ-bevel edge is a outdoor P3.91 LED display module, 250 × 250 mm, 1/16 scan, SMD1919. It is the building block behind the outdoor cabinets in this catalogue and is supplied separately for new builds, spares and repairs.
Key Features
- P3.91 in a 250 × 250 mm module: 64 × 64 = 4,096, 1/16 scan — a drop-in size for cabinets already built around this module footprint.
- SMD1919 lamp package: outdoor-grade SMD with a shaded mask, which is what keeps contrast usable in daylight instead of washing to grey.
- > 3,000 nits: outdoor brightness with headroom for direct sun, without pushing power and heat higher than the site needs.
- 48 driver ICs, 6A: the current figure is what you size the power supply against — plan roughly 1.3× the module current per module for supply headroom.
- 5V DC module supply: the standard constant-voltage feed for this driver family, shared with the rest of the outdoor module range.
- Service as a spare part: supplied on its own for replacement stock, so a wall can be repaired module by module instead of panel by panel.

Ordering Notes
Price is per module. Modules are supplied without receiving cards, power supplies or cabinets. Confirm module size, pitch and scan match your existing hardware before ordering.

FAQ
Q: Will this module fit my existing cabinet?
A: Only if your cabinet is built for a 250 × 250 mm module at P3.91 with the same 1/16 scan. Module size, pitch and scan have to match together — send us a photo of the current module and its label and we will confirm compatibility before you order.
Q: GOB or standard — what is the difference?
A: GOB modules have the LED face encapsulated in a glue layer, which makes them tolerant of touching, knocks and cleaning. Standard modules show the bare lamps. For walls within arm’s reach, GOB is the safer choice; for high-mounted or protected installations the standard module is enough.
Q: What driver IC and scan does it use?
A: 48 ICs per module, at 1/16 scan, SMD1919. Matching the scan matters as much as matching the size: a module with a different scan will not run correctly on the same receiving card settings.
Q: Can I order samples or a small quantity?
A: Yes — modules are supplied in small quantities for samples and spares. Tell us the quantity and the destination and we will quote; for production runs the price breaks at higher volumes.
Q: How do I match it to my receiving card?
A: The module needs a receiving card configured for its scan and IC. If you are keeping an existing card, we will send the module configuration file so the card can be re-flashed rather than replaced.
