Truck Mobile Billboards
Trucks have larger cargo areas, giving them a natural advantage for converting into mobile billboards. The LED screens installed on trucks are large, allowing for the transmission of more information and a wider visibility range, making the mobile billboards more eye-catching.
Trucks typically use wall-mounted and embedded installations for LED screens. Wall-mounted installations require minimal modifications to the truck, as they only need to be mounted by drilling holes, making the process relatively simple. Embedded installations require cutting and modifying the truck’s cargo area, but this installation structure is more stable and has a more modern and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Trailer Mobile Billboard
There are no specific size restrictions for mobile billboards installed on trailers, as long as they meet structural stability requirements and do not obstruct traffic.
Trailer-mounted LED mobile billboards offer a wide field of view, and the LED screens installed are generally larger, making them suitable for advertising or events.
If the vehicle already has a trailer platform, support columns and steel structures can be directly installed on the platform. Vehicle modification shop measurement data
If you wish to modify your vehicle into a mobile billboard, you must first locate a local automotive modification shop or workshop capable of performing the modification.
You will deliver your vehicle to the modification shop, which will measure the appropriate dimensions for installing an LED screen on your vehicle. The shop will then provide the relevant measurement data to MuenLED.
Design proposal
Once JYLED receives the appropriate LED screen size information for your vehicle, we will create a customized commercial design proposal based on your requirements.
The proposal will include details such as LED screen size, pixel pitch, brightness, refresh rate, and pricing. For each option, we will provide 2–3 alternative choices, allowing you to select based on either cost-effectiveness or performance advantages.
LED Billboard Transportation
Once you have confirmed the design plan with JYLED, we will coordinate with a freight company to package and transport the LED billboard and related components to your designated location. Depending on your budget, you can choose from three transportation methods: air freight, land freight, or sea freight.
From the design phase to transportation completion, and until the product arrives at your location, you will not need to worry about any details—simply select your preferred options.
Installation and Testing
After the LED billboard arrives via transportation, it can be directly delivered to the vehicle modification workshop. The workshop staff will assist you with vehicle modifications: welding structural supports, installing LED panels, and completing cable and generator installations.
After the LED mobile billboard is installed, we can also conduct on-site LED screen testing. You can contact MuenLED’s technical staff to have them remotely participate in the testing process of the LED mobile billboard. This way, if you encounter any issues during testing, the technical staff can assist you promptly.
