描述
AS3.076-960x1440mm — Outdoor Fixed LED Display Cabinet
The AS3.076-960x1440mm is a 960 × 1440 × 120 mm outdoor fixed LED cabinet at P3.076, carrying 312 × 468 pixels (146,016) on a 320 × 160 mm module. It belongs to the Muen-O-F series — the custom outdoor fixed line, where cabinet sizes are built to the structure rather than cut to a catalogue size. IP65 sealing, > 4,000 nits and 1,920 Hz refresh put it in the range that outdoor signage is actually specified at, and rear service means the cabinet can sit flat against a wall.
Key Features
- 960 × 1440 × 120 mm portrait cabinet: a tall single box for pillar wraps, entrance totems and narrow wall bays where a standard 960 × 960 cabinet leaves a gap.
- P3.076, 146,016 pixels per cabinet: 312 × 468 pixels on a 320 × 160 mm module — detailed enough to read from across a street or a forecourt.
- > 4,000 nits, 1,920 Hz: daylight-readable in direct sun and clean on camera at 1920 Hz refresh, which is what most outdoor fixed signage actually needs.
- IP65 sealed cabinet: front and side sealing for rain, dust and wash-down, with a 120 mm deep body that leaves room for the power supply and receiver card.
- Rear service: modules and electronics are reached from the back, so the cabinet can be bolted flat to a wall or a steel frame without leaving a front maintenance gap.
- Muen-O-F custom build: this size comes out of the Muen-O-F series, where cabinet dimensions are made to the site — other sizes and pitches are produced to order.
- Muen power supply, Novastar control: standard sending cards and software, so the screen joins an existing control system without a new player.

FAQ
Q: What is the AS3.076-960x1440mm?
A: It is a single outdoor fixed LED cabinet measuring 960 × 1440 × 120 mm at P3.076, from the Muen-O-F custom series. One cabinet carries 312 × 468 pixels (146,016) and weighs and seals to the outdoor fixed specification — IP65, > 4,000 nits, rear service.
Q: Why a 960 × 1440 cabinet instead of 960 × 960?
A: Because structures are rarely square. A 3:2 portrait cabinet wraps a pillar or fills a narrow wall bay without a horizontal cut, and it reaches a given height with fewer units and fewer seams. It is the same module, power supply and control as the rest of the series.
Q: Is it readable in direct sunlight?
A: Yes. Brightness is above 4,000 nits, which is the range outdoor fixed signage is specified at, and the 1,920 Hz refresh keeps the image free of scan lines when filmed. For a facade that catches full afternoon sun we can quote a higher-brightness build.
Q: Front or rear service?
A: Rear service on this model: modules and electronics are reached from the back of the cabinet. That is what allows it to sit flat against a wall or a steel frame — plan for rear access, or tell us if the installation has to be front-serviceable and we will quote the front-opening variant.
Q: Can the size be customised?
A: Yes — that is the point of the Muen-O-F series. Send the opening dimensions and the viewing distance, and we will propose the cabinet size and pitch, then return a layout drawing with fixing points before production.
