描述
FT20 is a flying carpet LED display — an ultra-light, flexible LED mesh screen that is suspended in the air to create a floating, see-through display. Because it is soft and foldable, it rolls up for transport and storage and can be reused across many events.
Key Features
- Ultra lightweight & foldable: the mesh screen folds for carrying and storage, cutting freight and set-up time.
- High transparency: the open mesh structure lets you see through the screen, so it reads as a floating image rather than a solid wall.
- Reusable and eco-friendly: designed for repeated events rather than one-off installation.
- IP65 outdoor waterproof: dustproof and waterproof, so it works in outdoor and indoor shows alike.
- Safe to use: the screen is suspended by high-tensile, wear-resistant steel wire rope with double-ring overlap connections and secure wire-rope locks.
- Premium craftsmanship: stainless steel straps (freely cuttable), steel wire rope running gear and a lightweight, rust-resistant aluminium alloy bottom tube.
- Quick to install: tension the top and bottom rails, connect the mesh and hang — a small crew can rig a large screen in a short time.
- Intelligent operation and management system: content is played back and updated through the control system, with remote management support.

FAQ
Q: What is the FT20 and how is it used?
A: It is a 2 × 4 m flexible LED mesh screen — a “flying carpet” display that is suspended in the air. The mesh is light and foldable, so it is carried in, hung, tensioned and then packed away; it is normally flown from a truss, crane or drone rather than built on the ground.
Q: What size is the FT20, and can it be made larger?
A: This set is 2 × 4 m. Because the screen is built from a flexible mesh, other sizes are made to order — tell us the width and height you need and we will quote it.
Q: Can the FT20 be used outdoors?
A: Yes. The screen is IP65 outdoor waterproof and dustproof. Peak power consumption is listed per unit and the mesh is designed to take wind load when tensioned correctly, so it is used at festivals, outdoor launches and drone shows as well as indoors.
Q: How bright is the FT20 and how far away should viewers stand?
A: Brightness is 4200 cd, with a best viewing distance of 20 – 3000 m. Because the mesh is see-through, the image stays readable without blocking the view behind it — the practical viewing distance is listed in the specification table above.
Q: How is the FT20 installed and handled?
A: Weight is only 1.2 kg (battery not included), so a small crew can lift and position it. It hangs from stainless steel straps and high-tensile steel wire rope with double-ring connections and secure rope locks, with an aluminium alloy bottom tube keeping the lower edge tensioned.
