Our warranty applicable of our LED display products. We offer 1 year free warranty for our outdoor LED display,24 months free warranty of indoor led display. Clients can apply for extending warranty period according to their demand,6% more of the total cost of the project should be paid for one more year warranty and 15% more of the total cost of the project should be paid for two more years warranty. Free accessories and free maintenance service are available during warranty period.
Free warranty and lifetime maintenance. We take responsibility to our products quality only if the products are under normal usage and storage condition. We offer one year free warranty for the whole led display after making the deal,we promise to offer free maintenance and exchange spares if the led display has any quality problems within one year after the deal. Usually we provide clients a certain numbers of spares such as led modules,power suppliers,cables,screws,etc for our customized led display to ensure device replacement is available in case of the rarely malfunction. Clients should keep in mind that during warranty period,if the led display doesn’t perform well,a written report is required to show us the detailed issues. If clients are trapped with technical problems,our technicians can offer free guiding operation via remote network. If maintenance is necessary when one year warranty is overdue,no charging for service but charging for materials.
